Where we ship

Physical products (The Couples Codex & Check‑In Journal)
Right now we ship physical books within the United States only.

Digital products (Fast‑Track Pack and other downloads)
Digital products are delivered worldwide by email. No shipping is charged on digital orders.

Processing & delivery times (US orders)

Most orders for physical products are printed and prepared on demand.

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days after shipping

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. During busy periods (holidays, promotions, etc.), processing and delivery may take longer.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates

  • United States: Standard shipping is free on physical products.
  • Digital products: No shipping charge.

If we add other countries in the future, we will update this page with available destinations and rates.

Order issues, delays & lost packages

Once your order has shipped, delivery times are largely controlled by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with household members and neighbors
  2. Check any alternate delivery locations (front desk, mailroom, etc.)
  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number

If you still cannot locate the package after doing the above, email us at support@thecouplescodex.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@thecouplescodex.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the problem and packaging

We will review and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
