No. The Couples Codex is not therapy and not a replacement for professional help. It’s a structured way to have honest conversations and write down what you are both agreeing to. You can absolutely use it alongside counseling or mentoring.

Yes. The Codex is designed to be written in together so no one feels like rules are being handed down to them. One person can buy it, but both partners need to be at the table for it to work.

Right now we ship physical products (The Couples Codex and the Check‑In Journal) within the United States only. Digital products (like the Fast‑Track Pack) are delivered by email worldwide.

Most US orders are printed and prepared in 2–4 business days and delivered in about 3–21 business days (depending on the type of shipping) after shipping. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on the way.

Because our products are printed on demand and contain intellectual property, we don’t accept change‑of‑mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at support@thecouplescodex.com within 30 days and we’ll make it right.
